Skin Healer

As a Skin Healer, you will deliver goal-driven facials while creating a welcoming, educational, and elevated experience for every guest. You’ll guide guests with real, personalized skincare recommendations rooted in skin health and clean beauty. You’ll provide expert extractions, facial massage techniques like Gua Sha and lymphatic drainage, and maintain a calm, efficient treatment flow. You’ll be part of a growing team, supported through ongoing education, in-studio training, and a community-first studio culture that prioritizes growth for both skin and self.

Sana Head of Vibe

As the Head of Vibe, you will help lead the studio experience and ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported from the moment they walk in. You’ll set the tone for the day — greeting guests, checking them in, managing bookings, and offering guidance on skincare and product recommendations. You’ll keep the studio running smoothly by supporting inventory, maintaining a clean and calm environment, and helping your team stay on track. You’ll lead by example, provide exceptional service, and be a positive, reliable presence for both guests and teammates.

Studio Manager

As the Studio Manager, you will lead a team and conduct a seamless, detail oriented studio with a positive environment. You will ensure the studio is always prepared for success – organized, clean, well-stocked, with a team that feels supported. You will ensure everyone on your team is empowered with the tools, information, and confidence they need to deliver the Sana experience to all guests. You will lead by example; You will provide amazing customer service to all guests, and you will be a team player with our studio employees.

Retail Team

As the Retail Assistant, you’ll support the Regional Retail Manager in overseeing retail operations across all studios. From inventory and visual standards to brand partnerships and product flow, you’ll help ensure each studio is well-stocked, organized, and set up for success. You’ll work closely with both the COO and Regional Retail Manager to keep things running smoothly and support studio teams along the way.
